Dear Dog-Loving Friends,
It’s that time of year again for the Park Slope Dog Dash (a scavenger hunt for Foster Dogs NYC)! It was so much fun last year — see pics here! Tickets are $25 through the end of June, there will be free snacks/food, and drink specials included. Saturday July 12th, early afternoon, in Park Slope BK, starting and ending at a dog-friendly bar called The Gate. All proceeds go to Foster Dogs NYC! RSVP: psdogdash.splashthat.com
The funds will be used for the Fospice effort to place elderly shelter dogs into foster homes for their final weeks/months (and provide freebies which make the dog and foster folks happy!).
It’s a dog-friendly (1-2 dogs per team permitted), kid-friendly scavenger hunt around the neighborhood, with fun and edible challenges at local businesses. We’ll have several teams (about 6 ppl each, give or take), so when you register, let us know who you’d like to be teamed with. —> If you would like to BRING an adoptable dog, that’s more than welcome — just give me a heads-up.
